Dig it! We have survived yet another tour of America (from Portland to Portland!), and despite late trains, cancelled concerts, absent promoters, wrong homes (sorry Jessica!), West Virginia, detestable owners of malodorous bars, blistering heat, storms, roller coaster rides and hula hoop demonstrations - we had an absolutely brilliant time from coast to coast, and were extremely touched by the extreme kindness and generosity of most everyone we met on our way: thank you! ...and all things considered, Mr Natural still deserves the award for best food of the tour (eggs Benedict)! Documentation video of our Portland, Oregon concert (with Powernap and Rollerball) can be found here, whereas photos of the astonishing Crank Sturgeon and friends performance (featuring an inflatable Statue of Liberty and a motorcycle gang) in Portland, Maine, can be found here. We are (re-)packing our bags in preparation for the next leg of our around-the-world tour, which will bring us south across the 49th parallel and the longest common border in the world. We hope to see you on the road! Otherwise - while we are busy trying to find out more about the Manifest Destiny, you can download a fabulous ring-tone for your mobile phone from Toneshared, or watch the following cinematic documentary of our concert in Beiliu (China) earlier this year. - EB

Kwéleches! In conjunction with our new friends at IndieTorrent, we are delighted to unveil and unleash the digital downloads (in FLAC, OGG or MP3 format) that are now available at the electronic bazaar, as well as directly from the source! Kw'as hoy! - EB

Kam sangbo dugay! We are momentarily in a period of inactivity and repose from our relentless travels. The last three months have been mind-blowing, and we extend our gratitude to everyone who supported us - the list is much too long! Our sessions with Xiao He, Li Zenghui, Li Tie Qiao and friends went exceeding well, and we managed to record over twenty hours (!) of improvisations together. This material is being cut and edited by Xiao He, and we plan to have it renovated by Bob Drake for a release of some kind in the near future. In other release news: we recently noticed that our stocks of the "Curiosities Of Popular Customs" CD had been depleted - consequently, until we can get it repressed, our eager customers will have to contend with the rare and sought-after vinyl LP version (or try ReR USA). - EB

As we step out the door and into the great beyond for what promises to be a long and challenging spring and summer, we activate our broadband transmitter to bring the following public announcement to the masses: 过年好 (guònian hǎo)! We'll be doing our best to keep the upcoming concerts page up-to-date with cutting-edge information, and may even post a candid or pertinent factual report here or there. Many live performances are in store, as well as a recording-session with Xiao He and other incredible musicians in Beijing. Apparently, some sort of large sporting-event has been planned over there, so we will be moving on, and continuing forth to North America for the summer. Those who are unable to come to the concerts in person, and who are interested in purchasing goods from the online-shop, will be delighted to know that despite our failed attempts at cyborg construction we have engaged a hoard of unskilled migrant workers to keep the emporium open for business. So, until next time: 恭 喜发财 (gōngxǐ fācái)! - EB

Al salaam a'alaykum! Our recent tours in Italy and the Middle-East were extraordinary, thanks to Giovanni, Santo, Victor, Leonid, Leeor & Rony, TV Buddhas, Monotonix, Marti (for bringing our lost box of CDs to the airport in Budapest), and everyone who came to the shows and helped us along the way. Some photos by Eran Mahalu from one of our concerts at the Patiphone in Tel-Aviv can be viewed here. We would also like to thank the people at Listen Arabic for translating our new Arabic page. Some of you may have already noticed that we have put our depleted releases "Tonight I Show You Fuck" (re-mastered by Wolfgang Rüfenacht and including previously unreleased tracks) and "The Republic Of The Bored & Boring" in the online shop for download, and that we accordingly pass the virtual hat and kindly thank those who choose to support us and our future recordings by clicking on the "Make A Donation" button. We are deeply saddened to learn of the passing-on of Michael Griffen, who was a great musician, artist, and a friend - not to mention a big influence on my personal creative development. We extend our most sincere condolences to his family and friends. - EB
